We'll gladly provide you with a cost estimate that suits your needs or the needs of your insurance provider. We can provide an hourly rate and detailed cost breakdown if needed.
No, we do not always need to visit the home or property before we provide a cost estimate. It's often possible to provide an accurate estimate based on a description of the scene and photos.
Yes, the cost of cleaning supplies are included in our cost estimate.
Our estimate will also typically include the cost of tools, equipment, dumpsters, biohazard boxes, PPE and anything else we need to complete the job.
If you call us regarding crime or trauma scene remediation, we typically try to respond to the scene within a couple of hours. Other calls for service, such as hoarding, homeless encampments & mold remediation, may require a day or two of planning and preparation.
It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house.
Depending on the job, you may be charged the deductible on your homeowners insurance prior to the start of work. Or, in most situations, if not billed to insurance, we do require a 60% down payment of the estimated cost. The remaining 40% is typically required to be paid before the job has been completed.
Yes, we do ask that you sign a service agreement; however, this is not a long-term obligation. Our agreement only covers the work to be performed for the project at hand.
Based on our conversation and agreement, our team will remove personal effects, trash and debris that is no longer serviceable or of value. We will also wipe down surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom(s). More detailed cleaning and disinfection may also be provided at an additional cost.
Every job is going to be unique. Until we complete a review of your situation, we can't provide you with the amount of time your job will take.
However, depending on several factors, hoarding jobs will typically take our team three to five days to finish. Biohazard remediation and crime scene cleanup will typically take four to eight hours.

We will typically send two technicians to remediate a crime or trauma scene. Hoarding and extreme clutter scenes may require up to four technicians.
